140.02 +/- Acres of Transitional Use Vineyard and farmland Near the City of Bakersfield

Description: 94.80 +/- acres of table grapes planted in 2019 and 2020, and the balance of the property consists of open farmland that is situated near the City Limits of Bakersfield on the west side of Highway 65 and one (1) mile to the north of the intersection of 7th Standard Road and Highway 99. 

Pricing: $6,099,271.20 ($43,560.00 per acre) with all cash to be paid at the close of escrow. The 2023 table grape crop is also available with the purchase price of the property subject to Buyer’s reimbursement of Seller’s cultural costs at close of escrow for producing varieties. The purchase price excludes any of the Seller’s oil, gas, and mineral rights interests associated with the property.
