  • Location – Organic Planting – Approximately one-half (½) of a mile to the south of the intersection of Legray and Wheeler Ridge Road on both sides of Wheeler Ridge Road on the east side of Highway 99 to the southeast of the City of Mettler in the County of Kern. Conventional Planting – Northwest corner of the intersection of Valpredo Ave and Pavlina Road on the west side of Highway 99 to the northwest of the City of Mettler in the County of Kern.
  • Description – This unique 258.25 +/- acre offering consists of 119.96 +/- acres of almonds that were planted in 2018 with organic certification to be completed in 2023, and 138.29 +/- acres of conventional almonds that were planted in 2006 with water provided from Arvin-Edison Water Storage District and newly drilled irrigation well… Two types of almond production with two sources of water!
